Leaving the company. Will I get the bonus guaranteed when it’s announced? Or do I have to wait for March 7th before giving my notice?

Wait until end of February. In fact I would wait until March 8th to be on the extra safe side. FYI - if you wait for the EOI then you will likely get a prorated CIP for 2025.
How is 2025 bonus that would be paid in March 2026 handled with EOI or involuntary layoff?
It depends on how many points you have: If you have enough to retire, you just need to be on payroll until Jan 1, but if you have fewer points, you need to be on payroll when the bonus is paid.
How will 2025 CIP work if you EOI or are laid off? Is it prorated for? Do you get it at severance or in March 2026?
Don't take any chances - wait until the check clears the bank.
As long as you’re here on 12/31 then you’re good.
You have to be on the books thru February.
You can get through the 9 to 10 weeks and get it and go!
