Anyone have an idea if non-US payrolls are in scope this time? If support services and engineering in the US are getting purged and offshored, what about the same roles in places like NMA or TCO or LABU that are local payroll?

payroll for US headcounts are usually higher than non-US
so less impact for non-US
Folks, wakeup. More centralized model means less in BU and more in the centers
ABU is in scope as an early adopter.
Intent of engine is to centralise as many common workflows as possible regardless of the cost of doing it locally.
Some positions may be moved to central orgs or ENGINE. Less impact than the US, though.
Dirt cheap comparatively. No reason to cut or offshore.
