Are you a employee India, a US employee or a contractor? Rules for each are different in each country.
If boss has beautiful wife then sh-g daily dreaming someday to bang her alongside with your boss!!
Whatever you do, just don't go Luigi on him bro. Think about what it will do to your family.
Asking...well you can say no. Or just don't do it. Or request to be paid 2X for the extra 30 hours. Are you a desk sitter or what? Really depends on the type of job you have, and how old are you? 20 something? Get extra $$ and then invest the difference, but knowing you will be in another tax bracket.
Another path is to garner research on the lower productivity that occurs when working so much overtime. Ask if it worth it to them to cause the burnout.
