I worked so hard and delivered all my projects on time with multiple recognitions from client but no Strong rating for me because I don't speak Telugu.

Learn Korean that will definitely help, there are a lot of them in director positions squatting around
Then maybe take the initiative to learn Telugu? What’s holding you back?
Oh yeah, please to be speaking the queens English. Faster is better. Mumbling and speaking softly is key.
