AIG is no exception to the the H1B visas. One example is our engineering team in the fiel: This last summer the verped employees were replaced by h1b visa employees from India for the exact same positions. Make it make sense. Also, within other departments it’s the same thing the positions are being replaced by h1b workers for half the price.

It is a shame how Americans are getting treated in the corporate world and AIG is one of the worst. It was Americans who invented the computer not Indians who are now insulting us and saying it is for lack of high IQ which is total BS by Mr Vivek. It simply comes down to stealing American wealth. I worked in this field all my life and I can tell you not all Indians are smart as they claim but they do hire each other and are tight knit. On the other hand the BS about get back to the office should be enforced on the offshore workers that have their kids cry in the background and slack the whole time and they have no clue why they got hired or what job they are supposed to do they come asking us what are we supposed to do? Are we here to do their jobs for them too, because they wake up and find jobs landing on their front doors. Such a shame to let this happen and keep on happening and of course Mr. Musk’s livelyhood depends on hiring cheap labor so the vicious cycle continues and Americans are the ones paying the price for allowing all those countries to eat our lunch and dinner too…
Same thing about to happen in UK and Europe. They made all the UK field engineers redundant back in November and guess who is “flying over for training surveys” in 2025….
Imagine if the right wing UK press got hold of this….
Let me present scenario and you all know what's happening across the board:
At local Math's classes, One black lady who was US citizen working as Receptionist. Few months latest she was replaced by Latina lady who just crossed border and filed fake Asylum somewhere around mid-2022. Few months later she was replaced by Indian OPT student who is studying Masters in Finance.
Let’s break down, in 2022 Biden allowed any one to cross border and gave Open EAD so Black US citizen replaced with Open EAD holder Latina. After that Biden started processing fake Asylum cases from last in based on local states/cities and her EAD got rejected so she was replaced with Indian Lady whose study never qualify her for Receptionist job based on her study but she said Attorney helped her to modify JD. Looks like her work permit papers filed saying she is doing finance work. Like cost and expenses etc. but in reality she is doing pure receptionist job. This all possible because no enforcement. 2m+ student visa granted to who all are doing this in the name of OPT student work permit.
Now decide yourself, US citizens are boxed in their own country but reality is all those temp work people are stealing US citizens job. Now condition is not many US citizens are enrolling their kids for Math’s program because they lost their jobs some way or other via similar games and Guess what, Center is about to close and all those fakers will lose job on a single day.
Basically, any job can be offshored is shipped to offshore. Any job which require local physical presence, gamed out by using temp work visa.
What's lesson?
Don’t hurt US citizens as you depend on their spending for your jobs. Don't cut branch on which you are sitting? Don’t burn down tree on which you are living?
Until Recruitment transparency fixed along with strict temp visa rules, nothing will be fixed. Good luck!!!
