I work for one of the red-headed step-children subsidiaries of HCSC. Two years ago we were drowning in work and on mandatory overtime for several months. Now we barely have enough work for the day.
Our manager has made excuses that people aren’t going to the dr or files are missing or whatever else she comes up with when we ask where our work is. Simply stated our work has gotten more automated and most of it sent to Hexaware.
Nobody seems to care how many mistakes they make only that they’re cheaper. I have had several discussions with co-workers and we all feel that any day now they will get rid of us.
