Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Not enough people in some teams

My team needs several critical roles to be fulfilled. There doesn’t seem to be an intention to do it. With what’s coming next year, we may lose even more people. Workload is already becoming unmanageable as it is. The 'do more with less' approach will not work at some point.

Oh come on now, you and your team just need to prioritize and be Agile. Isn’t that what they said after Transformation in 2020? And you see how well that worked.

The ABU is full of managers who cannot do !! I sit there looking at this large group of team leaders and laugh. They blew in early days and got through playing OE word games. Its great to watch. Their all a bit off at the moment as the endeth maybe coming.

Nobody wants the advisors or managers. They don’t know how to DO anything.

Come to ABU and take some of the advisors and managers who are doing very little.

Y'all ever going to unionize?

The step by step dismantling of pensions, quality and affordable healthcare, and healthy pay began with the decades-long efforts to weaken unions.

It's time to take your power back.

Agreed. Our team has been hit hard. We all got more work for Christmas while we wait for ROM. Painful process.
