Belk corporate is out of touch with real world issues in their stores. Expects employees to complete daily tasks that are physically impossible to accomplish. Not enough people to keep the stores neat and clean. The only thing corporate Belk cares about is how many credit cards each employee gets every day.
Belk at store level shows too much favoritism it doesn’t matter about the experience or length of employment. I am glad to have left when I did . You need to close all doors
Charlottesville va closing. Along with others already online. A bunch of jobs axed. Ap and MTM in 2 locations. Monroe NC and cool springs FL.. who's next? If they cut most of the useless corp people they would save a huge amount of money. Gvps are about useless as well as all AP regionals. They all make over 100k WORKING FROM HOME!!! GIMME A BREAK.
I don’t see how Belk’s can continue to operate like this.
Who cares? As long as I have my friends here to complain all the time.
I don’t understand how belk can talk about providing great customer service but have no registers, price checks, and one fitting room open at Christmas time? 🤷♀️
They need to put this dump out of its misery….I’ve never seen a more mismanaged store in my life…..too many layers of useless ‘managers’
I definitely see them closing stores....especially in smaller markets and downsizing the corporate office. The no buy January movement will not help....
