Despite the problems with USB senior management, I like my job and my team. My brother likes to quit jobs because they have all been dysfunctional and had bad leadership. Next job is the same, next the same. He found out that banking jobs were same sh**, different place.
Just get a new job if you’re so unhappy. Don’t wait just do it.
