It’s clear the top brass doesn’t value their people. To them, we’re just replaceable parts in a machine, easily swapped out for cheaper options. That might sound harsh, but it’s the cold, hard reality we’re stuck with. If you think you’re untouchable here, I honestly feel sorry for you - you’re living in a delusion.

You should be concerned about your mental and physical health. do not worry about what you cannot control. it is not healthy. be prepared but be thankful for the blessings you have and teach others the same. do not teach hate, disrespect and spite.
Change is the only constant.
