Last Christmas my goal was to find a better job and company to work for. It was demoralizing working alongside colleagues with a 35k base salary. CDW only hires id--ts because top talent laughs when a recruiter shares the base salary that we are paid. 1 year later, I’ve landed a new role that pays triple in base and I finally work alongside smart, capable individuals. My 2.5 years at CDW were truly a waste. If you are stuck in Small business sales then RUN! Sales managers will make sure to protect the tenured rep and su-k up to Norm.

Used to be worse. Salaries for AMs used to be 25k and SB used to max at 100 employees. You can do pretty well as a SB AM nowadays...
It isn't just SB. This company is a pile of fu--ing sh-t.
