How low does a company have to stoop to lay people off just a week before Christmas? How little consideration must they have for their employees to pull something like that? It’s hard to fathom the lack of empathy or humanity behind such a decision. This is exactly why, when they say most of the higher-ups in companies have sociopathic tendencies, I believe them.
