We all need to take an unlimited R&R day on the same day. Maybe Presidents’ Day which was taken from us???

"We found that when too many people were out the same day that we had issues. Therefore we are implementing a new coverage policy. You can only take time off if two (2) other people are available to cover your responsibilities. If your coverage gets laid off before your vacation, it is your responsibility to cancel your vacation plans. All skeleton crews shall continue to work without break. Only together can we make my bonus go higher!"
