When will Amex start firing the many useless DEI hires?
Now that Trump has deleted DEI, many useless women in the company will be told to go away. Pleasant news to my ears as I have been unfairly punished by such people at the company.
Filled with useless whiny white women and DEI hires. Catastrophic place to be in.
Why be confused? Amex has been over-hiring and encumbering itself with DEI nonsense hiring and DEI-driven useless staff retention for too long. It is unsustainable.
Amex has announced they will be laying off 8.5% of its staff as part of internal restructuring in Q4 of 2024
I just talked to my mom. She has no idea about this. But she is 90, so not unexpected.
I'd appreciate any info, because I'm genuinely confused.
