Did anyone else attend the all HR townhall last week? In the name of "transparency," Elfio will no longer use the PollEV feature so that no one can submit anonymous questions during his meetings - RIDICULOUS! Elfio and the entire HRELT are scared to answer the real questions employees want the answers to. That much was OBVIOUS during the previous townhall when there were SEVERAL "hard-hitting" questions in PollEV that they skipped over and refused to answer. Instead, this month we had to watch all the HR a-s-kissers ask all their stupid a-s-kissing questions, stuff no one cares about. wHaT ArE yOu MoSt pRoUd Of iN 2024... GIVE ME A BREAK. Address the REAL questions and issues your employees actually care about, the stuff we put in the employee survey every single quarter that goes completely unrecognized... onsite requirements, sh---y pay, egregious staffing issues... start addressing that stuff and do it honestly with none of that insulting HR-babble BS that you spew to make it sound like you're giving an answer when in reality you're dancing around it worse than a guy with no legs. If I have to hear the word 'ecosystem' one more time, I swear...

I wonder if Gunjan’s resume/LinkedIn has been updated to destroyer of company morale and master at developing quiet quitting employees. Employees don’t want to work at USB. They either don’t think they can find a job right now elsewhere or are quite quitting until they find a new job somewhere else. USB is a sinking ship. What a terrible company to work for. Leadership is a bunch of snakes with no character.

Only real leaders with the courage to hear the truth would keep PollEV kind of transactions and be brave enough to answer questions submitted. Elfio is no leader, shows zero courage and frankly, I doubt he's got the ba--s to even submit a question anonymously let alone answer one publicly. Where do they find these mo--n "leaders"?
I hope these psychos know that the low a-s salaries, 2-3% merit trash, subpar benefits and the disgusting sharing seats RTO will bite them in the a-s next year. 45% of employee workforce will be entertaining new job options.
