Frostmeister is taking care of P1-P3 and in the process is discriminating against older employees. We are still 15 percent behind inflation. I don't know the data could be interpreted differently.

Older employees.....dude, we are the ones that created this technology and built empires around it. Can you even design something? No, I doubt it. Do you understand the PI and SI issues doing PCIe 5? Of course not. I was coding in assembly before a compiler was created for you to create code. And when it didnt work for you...or didnt fit in the amount of memory you were allocated, there wasn't anything you could do but find an old engineer that might show you the ways. Ge-z no wonder I want to retire and leave this all behind.
Dave, we already know it didn’t take much for you to become CEO, but not all of us are like you
Older employees are uneducated and can barely use a computer
If it's supposed to be a great strategy to discourage loyalty I don't get it. Most the P1-P3 end up leaving the company after 5 years which nullifies the investment. Trained in for some other company to benefit. They can clearly see how the company rewards experienced employees with non-competitive pay and layoffs.
