I wonder how much money the company is saving from changes in the insurance benefits? It sounds like we’re going from great dental benefits to the bottom of the barrel with Delta and the jury is still out on our BCBS plans. I have to imagine the company is seeing significant savings to make such big changes, but I wonder just how much that is?

Upper executives get the Platinum plan, my understanding.
Even covers Cheek Implants.

Finally got the BCBS Texas cards today. A just-in-time type of attitude already is evident.
No documentation. Not even a basic description of the plan.
Just the card and the dot-com to visit for christmas.
Gonna be fun with these folks.

All dental insurance pretty much su-ks, so it’s a pretty short barrel. I’ve got a good dentist, thank god he takes it.

Somebody got a big raise and promotion for this. They sc--w us and then move on. Watch every two to three years they move after they sc--w every thing up. Somebody is going to get the ultimate prize with the elimination of the pension.
