New RIF is already planned on the way

From calendar year 2025, all employee can only bring forward half of his unused leaves of previous calendar year to the next calendar year.

By doing this, the cost to retrench one employee will drop, which enables General Frosty to RIF more people with the same budget.

One problem with the company is the managers and culture. Some Asian manager doesn’t understand the world outside, and not treat you fair. Once you join a new company, you will know it.

"Unlimited" vacation (that you can never take) is a US-only peculiarity, I believe. In Asia, employees still get annual leave entitlements. Slowly but surely, they'll reduce all employee benefits in the name of that idiocy that is unchecked shareholder wealth maximization. Wait, what's that, share price is back in the 80s again? So much for pumping all that dosh into dividends.
