The executives been selling their OT shares like crazy. Over $15.9M in the last 12 months. I guess they don't have much faith in themselves either.

If they applied the same vision to their employees as they claim to have for the company, they might actually see results. Instead, they skip pay raises for years, mandate in-office work, increase benefit costs, pile on extra responsibilities, and foster a constant fear of job loss. Sounds like a perfect strategy for driving the company into the ground.
