Former leader in EBOS from few years ago. I quit btw, so I'm not disgruntled.
There is a serious lack of professionalism and objectivity. I was told to give bad references, made to counsel and target people based on suspicion alone, and "highly recommended" to provide poor performance reviews.
The company and the long Rangers at that company are a complete farse.
