You are extrapolating from the Africa (Nigeria, Angola) packages. I don’t think the India package will be that generous. In fact there could be a local pay component. I doubt it’s a “hardship” assignment that qualifies for R&R.

Does anyone know for sure?

If you are asking for expat roles in India on ENGINE, for a married psg 23 with no kids:
Salary - about $200,000usd annually
Bonus - depends on personal and corporate multipliers, but target is 16% of Salary ($32,000usd in March)
For India, the expat uplift is 35% ($81,200usd tax advantaged)
The Housing Allowance is probably $5,000usd a month (tax advantaged) and whatever you don’t spend on a flat you get to keep.
The spouse will get $10,000usd deposited in the first check of the new year.
A vacation allowance for 1 premium economy flight home per year and another for a week in Paris or London (estimate $20,000usd for the year paid with every check),
And Goods and Services Supplement of about $24,000usd per year.

The total compensation is around $425,000usd per year, and half of that is tax free.

Different locations around the world will have different uplifts, housing amounts, gss amounts, and various vacation allowances, so it’s difficult to compare, but I hope this helps.

If you work for the company, go to expat website. If not, then whatever info provided here is useless for you

Depends on your home country's payroll and if your assignment will be in a hardship location. Basically, it is the same as for non-expats at that grade plus hardship multiplier (generally less than 1.5) and living/housing allowance that varies by country and other variables.
