When belk corporate doesn’t care about the thousands and thousands of online complaints, in-store complaints, and internal employee complaints, that’s a red flag that the company has other motives.

Store hours changing in January 11 to 7 Monday thru Saturday and Sundays 12 to 6

Peneteration and new credit cards are down because of the extremely high interest rates. Many customers are closing their accounts because of the $1.99 monthly fee charged by Synchrony. Sales goals are way over planned. Lack of payroll and hours are hurting the stores because we can't service the customers, keep the stores clean, or get stock out.
