I am sorry for all those who lost their jobs and really needed it. Personally, I don’t even know how to feel about being overlooked this time. I’ve been very unhappy with my job. It’s too stressful, overtime is insane, it’s toxic and exhausting. And I do have moral and personal issues with mgmt decisions and inputs when it comes to clients. If I find something else, I think I will be gone in a second and never look back.

I was fortunate enough to find a better role elsewhere and left recently. I had no idea how much the environment at "Helevance" had impacted my mind and spirit. It's like night and day to wake up excited for the work day, as opposed to anxious and overwhelmed....and dealing with equally frustrated colleagues and managers who were aloof and non supportive. There is life after.....
Praying for all who have been impacted by RIFS and those who simply want a change to find that life after.
Get away from Hellevance! Your life will be SO much better.
