Are current layoffs being offered severance???

I was old in October they are restructuring my team and our last day is 2/14/25 but we have not heard of any severance details yet. they said a month before our last day
Some will receive severance specifically to avoid those people from suing the company.
Don't know. I do know they just "restructured" our team for the XXXth (I lost count) time this year and at least 3 people on my team disappeared over the last 3 weeks.
Sounds like they are coming with “restructuring” yet again
