two or three days ago a post about a glass ceiling for management was posted on here. the post discussed discrimination at belk. it has since been removed. it didn't contain any names or anything vulgar, however it was still taken down. is belk paying to have posts removed? is this sight monitored by belk? what is happening here, not only is that very suspect, it suggests that the company does not want some posts on here to be visible to the public.

@1vic, there are a bunch of forums ten times more active than this one, with new threads popping up every minute or so. Just take a look at the homepage or the latest posts section to see for yourself.

Judging by the activity on other forums here I don’t think this site could be influenced, though you never know. I haven’t read the post in question, but chances are something said violated ToS even though the post itself wasn’t vulgar.
