How do you get a RMSA?
Yes, but 65 or not, the retirement requirements in CA is 50 years of age 10years if service, If your laid off your part of a severance package. You get full benefits you must request to execute your retirement benefits. This will get you full severance from Anthem, then allow you to open a claim at unemployment for 6 months. also if you have RMSA it will make you eligible for reimbursement on your health insurance once your severance ends.
