GM su-ks as a company more than Ford ever could. What keeps you employed there is kissing up to your manager's ego. I have seen it myself in action, on at least 2 of their brands.

I am sure Mary B is still getting her $22M

And that's the real problem, everyone. There is going to be a huge divide between classes with a select few getting millions and everyone else scrambling for pennies.
