This is being handled in the worst possible way. A little transparency would go a long way.

Did all of you hear all year that this Unlocking Full Potential exercise was "not a cost cutting exercise"? Because I heard that several times.
It was an absolute bludgeoning, 4 people knew exactly what was going down with minimal input from others. There are global officers who were told Monday that their teams were being slashed.
I will say from what I've seen/heard/been told, a lot of the teams that were cut or took major hits were ones that grew rapidly in headcount post COVID. My team/group stayed pretty lean and never reached pre-COVID levels of headcount, we we're still hit, but not on the level of some of these other groups that had insane headcount growth.
