There was an email distributed in Health Solutions about numerous people and groups being moved around but it did not identify anyone being rif'd.
on a side note, the townhall today. maureen gets asked two of the easiest questions at the end about a successful peak season and 1/1 renewals and completely butchers the answers. had nothing to do with the questions. this is someone who is setting policy for thousands of associates.
there were RIFs. just like every month but the so called experts in here said it wouldnt happen next until January. as a senior leader, the amount of misinformation on here is staggering. i try posting valid info to provide insight and get downvoted. i said many times there would be Nov RIFs.
They happened.
