With its wide adoption Accenture is recommending both AiG and CRBG to use their Smart AI employee performance evaluator to remove and layoff employees. This will be an efficient tool for the management to get rid of useless employees. Accenture will also get free data samples to improve the efficiency of their AI engine.

Both corebridge and AiG know sh-t on AI. The management does not even know how to spell AI. Given all stupid folks in leadership position Accenture AI will land up recommending elimination of leaders.

You guys vastly over-estimate the analysis that goes into compiling an expense or outsourcing RIF list. It isn't that deep.
One of the Accenture resources was saying that their AI HR tool is so powerful. They can model on different criteria of how their clients want and eliminate a huge set of resources just like that using performance metrics. It will be interesting to see how the management of both companies will use for elimination. One example can be Asian don’t speak good language.
All old employees will be laid off with Accenture AI and annual review purposely made to look like underperformance due to old age. While the CEo and other management staff will rank themselves to look better. Fu-k all the old goose.
This is ridiculous they remove people. Reopen the same positions and hire laid off from other companies their former reports and friends. Looks like a purposeful discrimination.
The management in both organizations have identified outliers whom the Accenture AI software will not list out. The exclusion also applies to MetLife employees joining both the orgs.
I can save it a lot of time and money: Get rid of Accenture. Problem solved!
