So sorry to hear the news, and so close to your work anniversary. I just don’t this company anymore. Such a disappointment

What a shame to let knowledgeable, caring managers go. I have worked with these dedicated Medicaid managers for years and they did make a difference. When is enough going to be enough. Nobody is safe - especially if you know what you are doing, respected by your team and peers, know how claims are truly supposed to pay and how the process is supposed to work. Elevance doesn’t want tenured and knowledgeable associates giving feedback of how awful things are, just get rid of them. It’s just a matter of time that everyone onshore will be gone……along with the company…but Gail still has 167,000 shares of stock to cash in after already cashing in 34,000 for 17 million so her pockets will continue to be padded……how sad….Wish I knew that stock was going to take such a dive, so I could have cashed in my handful of stocks…can you say insider trading….

Indeed. As long as I've been here, there are monthly RIFs, it's just that most of them aren't big enough to get attention outside their immediate groups.

Plus, 11/15 was already called out here as a RIF day.

Wish my direct manager was RIFd. Make room for someone who knows what they are doing

Everyone with my title (4 including me), plus my direct boss a d maybe even more. I'm on a team of 20 and I looked at the online status of others and several others were offline early on in the day so I suspect more. This is in CSBD claims.

FFS, there is a RIF every month. Every month. They just changed up the day of week to avoid the off pay week thursday trend. There is no safety. Stop counting on random people who claim they know of no RIF. We are a massive org, just because it's not in your area, doesn't mean it's not happening.

Giving people false hope in the current garbage environment is awful.

And to the person correcting massive misinformation..... there's some, but most is not. You sound like a talent mgmt troll.

It is not state specific, we're all hybrid and all over the place.

Wow, Yeah elevance is careless. All they want to go is replace people in the states with incompetent people in the Philippines and India (Carelon Global Soultions)which is where most of the jobs are going to
