Executives, namely Peggy F-R, love saying that her org's (customer group) focus and the driving force behind Marriott Bonvoy is "love and money". It's clear by how they've approached this massive re-org though that the real driving force here is their "love OF money". I'm devastated to see that the core value of putting "People First" at Marriott died with Arne. This new age of Marriott, under Tony's leadership is singularly focused on growth - as fast and as much as possible - without regard for preserving the integrity the "Marriott" name and what it represents. It won't take long before this strategy backfires though and members leave Marriott behind because our brands and the loyalty program are a tattered shell of what they once were.

You are absolutely right. I'm afraid to say that members are already voting with their feet. As for Ms Roe, she's been too busy cashing in her shares recently to worry about anything else!
