Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Avayas 'new' focus

I find the focus on the '1500' customers a bit funny TBH. What nobody in senior management wants to admit is that a number of those, on-prem, customers are only sticking with Avaya because it's too expensive to change. I know that some of our biggest customers, from an order perspective, are taking us to the cleaners over the poor performance of the product, lack of support and overall disjointed approach the company has, and continues, to take. Everything Avaya says is to try to keep the boat from sinking until it is broken up or sold.
