What do the cohort transitions mean? For example “Cohort A” etc? Anyone know if there’s a significance to being in the first group?

The cohorts are the same. One allows for you to take the 2nd module on your own time. The people in that cohort are ones who are more deep in DMOM/AEP work and need the extra flexibility.
The email sent to cohort A says “please note: there will be two different cohorts based on roles, and we kindly ask you not to forward your invitation to others.”
So anyone who did not get the initial HCSC meeting invites will be in the next cohort aka round. You’re not getting laid off guys, they’re just trying to spread out the trainings over time & people.
I hope those that didn’t get the email are getting laid off. I didn’t get an email.
This email was sent to people transitioning. Wording in the email makes it seem that if you don’t get one you aren’t going to Hcsc.
??????
I did not get this email. Hmmmm
I got A as well. I am a band 4.
It says your cohort at the very bottom of the email in bold text
Who is in B? Everyone I know got A
Where are you all seeing the cohort? I got the email for the HCSC training and saw where it said not to forward, that the classes were in two groups depending on role.
What is this term referring to?
good question want to know the 2 groups
