China is more capitalist in this respect..hear me out: you do a highly skilled job that is important for national security and are compensated more than some dude who goes to ladies houses and unclogs their drain 🤔

Intel laid off 15k and continue to cut their employee heads at least 5k every quarter to save cost and debt so it doesn't have the right people to make stable chips anymore. No matter how much US government wants to pour billions of dollar to save it. China is paying 5x more to recruit chip talents so let see what the result will look like after 2 or 5 years later.

We need real competent leaders. Even at manager level. They need save us and gut all leadership. It’s really unamerican how or why
most of these people got the positions they are in. So many unearned or no merit or simply not the best person for the job. All of them. If you are reading this and thinking “yea sure but not X” no no X too is a piece of sh-t who needs to be downgraded immediately
