The way things have been going, targets will keep increasing and pay will keep decreasing. I have no intention to stick around for that.

Agreed! If those that complain are “that” good they will have options! So if they don’t like it nothing is keeping you! It’s really that simple!
Allstate has its flaws God knows. But the entitled whiny thin skinned bi--hes need to go. Either accept it or leave. Period. You are owed a paycheck and benefits for an expected level of performance and work done. Nothing more. If the work required and quality of work required exceeds the pay then you need to go elsewhere. That is for this or any other company. And it is not magically better at most other companies.
Four years ago this was a very helpful site as we navigated through some pretty significant layoffs. Unfortunately it has turned into a sounding board for losers who threaten to leave because they have to do some actual work. My guess is that over 90% of these whiners are still here. Just do your work - it’s not that complicated. If you need to cry, call your mommy.
