Recent PMP email sites EB as the one asking/dictating how we should work the remainder of the year; coupled with her "hidden" layoff message, certainly seems she is looking to fill MW's shoes.

SR and the BOD are trying their hardest to groom EB, they've been doing so for a few years now. The trouble is she has the personality of a door knob, only talks upward, and no accomplishments to inspire the working staff. Great job she did with CTC, right? She may have the distinction of heading two major layoff binges, 2015 and (probably) 2025. What an inspiration!
PB was doing stuff like this until he passed over for CEO and eventually run off.
It's not a matter of "she is looking to fill..." rather than that is who MW and BOD is grooming
