I did get the QPB+ but it was a paltry amount.
Mainly for doing sabbatical coverage for a colleague over the summer in addition to doing my regular job. I'm mainly looking at it as a net positive (not so much the money aspect), as my manager recognizing that I had a lot of extra work to do, and appear to have done it well.
Some got QBP+ - one day.
For Oregon, they will give you QSB in milk from on campus cows. Bring your own containers.
