Compensation for Low Band 4 Advisor in Product Management?

Hello, I just wanted to know what the compensation looks like for an Advisor (low band 4) as a product manager at Evernorth. Including base salary, bonus, etc. I’m looking at getting promoted soon and wanted to get an idea. Thanks :)

I have a few "Network Operations Advisor" roles on my team, and the salary range is $79,200.00 - $132,000.00

You're wildly underpaid or don't have a good skillset. I'm low band 4 and make 150k

My advice is to look at the job postings on Iris - many states now require that employers share target salary ranges for positions. Our internal view will show you which band that salary range correlates to. So search for B4 jobs with the title you expect to have and you should see some ranges. Good luck and congratulations!

It's 90k to 140k.

Good for you. You're very over paid for a band 3.

They will tell you it’s a policy that you can only get 15% increase. But that’s a lie, since Cigna recruiters get points the lower they can get salaries. Find out what the median pay is for the role nationwide and don’t go below that.

Ok, so assuming 90-140k, that seems like a pretty wide range. So if I’m getting promoted into that role, would it be fair to ask for the mid point (ie. 115k)? And would I be able to get this? Or does the company have any rules/limits about a max % raise that can be given in a year?

The person who said $90k-$140k for low band 4 agile product manager advisor is correct.

Yeah 150 base would be way high, I'm high band 4 and that's more than I get

yes, so the title would be like Agile Product Management Advisor, which would be low band 4. I can’t seem to find any accurate data about it online, so just wondering if anyone here knows?

Low band 4 for a product manager? Or product owner? Seems like they got you good if you got a PM as a LB4.

150-160 is absolutely wrong. I'm a LB4 and that is not accurate.

I want to say low band 4 base salary range is between $90k - $140k. Target bonus 10%.
