Anyone know if they actually do anything with the survey results.
Do they consider making any effort to make improvements or are they just going through the motions?
Any insight if they actually have discussions on the results?

The real punishment for not returning to office will probably eventually be termination. I don't agree with this initiative but the reality is that an employer can tell you where your work location is going to be, can change the location, and can terminate you if you don't show up where they tell you to show up. Again, completely disagree with the necessity of this, but that's the reality.
What’s real punishment for not returning to office? Because the eating a weak 2% and cr-p bonus doesn’t matter when I end up saving more staying home
Yes, TTUS is NOT anonymous! Careful how you answer. Or better yet, don't.
We had a guy who had been with the bank for a long time, he always said don't put anything negative on those surveys because that will just mean more work for you even if it had nothing to do with your decisions, mostly managements.
Good survey results are attributed to execs, bad survey results are because the employees are bad!
Executive leadership has full visibility into survey results, including individual participation and responses. If your leader reports directly to a C-Suite executive, they have access to your specific feedback and comments.
Anonymity at USB is non-existent. You are always being watched and monitored.
"two unread emails:
HR: Please fill out the anonymous survey.
Manager: Don't forget about the survey. HR said you are the last one from our team."
LOL!! Anonymous my a$$
I've entirely stoped engaging on surveys. Been with the bank for a very, very long time. It became clear after how RTO played out that they do not listen or care, so now I don't either. I won't ever waste my time on another survey again, and you shouldn't either.
I don’t fill them out anymore. We discussed them one time in total in 2024. I think people on my team quit taking them because it doesn’t change anything anyways. I’ve just started deleting all of them.
Managers are usually expected to discuss results either the team if there’s a large enough number of responses. Other than that, no. Nothing happens.

Participation was about 43 percent for our division with about 3000 people.
Everything was negative.
What did they expect ?
Negative results are always taken out against their direct managers. I have never had enough employees to be effected but I know even if the question is about senior management it goes against your direct manager. Like why do you have a bunch of malcontents? So it does put stress on them if you hate your manager. I like my manager so I answer strongly agree to every question without even reading. The only positive I can think of is years ago people complained about our uncomfortable chairs and supposedly the survey prompted them to upgrade. Also supposedly the survey prompted them to lease computers so everyone should have a reasonably modern computer. Years ago I had a 5 year old laptop with 4g of memory and couldn't even deal with big excel files. So I guess the survey can help with things like that. Not stretegic things though
All us bank engagement number are heavily manipulated by management to paint pretty picture. However if you look something specific like survey participation, last I heard it now under 50 %
Anyone know what the actual engagement is?
There are discussion but it is box ticking exercise. All they car e about is that survey is taken. Once survey is taken they spin the results into something positive...middle management get their participation metric and no meaningful change occur. Then management claim that only hope is to conitnue taking survey and voicing your opinion. don't fall for bs
From what I've heard their actual goal is engagement, but changes aren't really implemented based on the outcome of the surveys. I've stopped engaging with the surveys altogether, just delete them.
