Layoffs coming. They are purposefully trying to get people to quit, “managing out” good employees, and preparing to justify firing whomever remains after their initial “clean out”. Their plan is basically to “weed out” the honest employees so they can then say “we can’t find any honest or reliable employees anymore…oh well guess we have no choice but to resort to AI…not our fault there are no honest reliable workers in the world we have no choice.” I predict this plan is already in effect and will continue from 2026 forward until there is no one left. Even the managers who “think they are protected”…same pitchforks they used to come after us will be coming for them. I predict by 2030 they will be full AI automated and will have fired all of us.
Clear and deafening work dynamic & Atmosphere shift from a professional, fulfilling, functional, and SAFE place to work to sudden shift to a toxic, target rich environment where bullying encouraged and rewarded among leadership. A once booming and enthusiastic honest team culture popping with engagement to ever single team member going silent and refusing to ask questions or speak in our last “team meeting”. The silence was deafening.
