Can someone breakdown exactly how new people are getting approved to work at home and approved for leave?
Doesn't FMLA start after 12 months?

Yup was a huge problem when I worked there why is everyone so concerned about everyone else?
JAR aren’t governed by FMLA and can be approved day one. (Technically they can be approved during the interview process).
If you’re asking, you either don’t have enough work on your plate. Or you’re trying to do something sneaky.
Why are you monitoring other people? Mind your own business and do your job.
If it's CO, it could be FAMLI leave they got approved for. And new folks get the opportunity for hybrid after 6 months. Also, could be an accomodation of some type.
