HD is going for long time workers and the senior group of employees. Hiring younger with no working experience. A new direction for retail. Bad for the employees and down the road bad fir HD.
yestetday THD fired all but 10 ROF employees 5-08-25. in pico rivera,ca. no warning, a few were let go by phone call!! drivers were told leave work trucks here and take uber home!! so not professional
It’s true that a lot of measure techs were let go. However most of the full time employees were given a choice of 90 days of severance or you go to part time with limited benefits.
According to hd Reddit page, home services let measure techs go and then the HD eprocurement was also impacted.
What’s BSC, like which business unit?
The entire BSC scheduling department was laid off today including managers.
nobody needs to worry at all. In all the states we aren't buying any new houses now. maybe the GA company can make the money fall out of the sky in the 100s of k. America doesn't care about home depot. We can skip going into that store for a while. good night kids.
