Any speak of RIFs in care management nurses or support staff?
Here’s a thought..why don’t we RIF just 1 executive leader who does nothing and makes millions and save the 100 worker bees who actually do something…think of the money we could save.
The RIFs never stop it's literally an ongoing thing. Its so common that now when your rifd you no longer get 1x1 support from hr they now have large group calls to discuss rif benefits and next steps...it's truly disgusting!
All budgets have target reductions next year. That does NOT necessarily mean RIFs. If they can find savings elsewhere then people will be spared. But where is the fun in that for Gail and her henchmen like Rat, whose only skill IS layoffs and reorg?
Time to bail before we have to do the year end work for this $h!t hole company

A VP stated next major layoff will be in Feb 2025. It will majorly hit the Utilization Management teams. The expectation is to cut administration costs by $30M.
Jan & March with more coming... it is not going to stop in '25
Been here 10 yrs. There are ALWAYS rifs in Q1. 2025 will be more of the same. Unfortunately it’s the company culture.
I heard from one of CFO's direct reports that there will be several over the next 1-2 years and that I need to be prepared.
Those who are saying January. How can be sure? Provide more info if possible like are names being drafted or managers already got notified. I have survived tons of layoffs and have a feeling that I may not survive Jan RIFs.

I heard rifs will be massive throughout 2025. Wish I can stay until after the annual bonus is paid.
There will be layoffs in January and March. It is not going to end. Every few months until Gail gets the stock prices up or pleases the board. We should blame her poor leadership and nothing else.
If I had a crystal ball maybe I could help. You are just going to get people throwing darts at dates here and causing people more fear and angst.
Oh and you will get the disgruntled, former employees that will say "it's going to happen every month". My advice is just sit back and watch. ..those who are actually "in thr know" will post the facts when they are really "official".
