Once a company makes numbers by RIF, there isn't anyone left the next quarter to make the numbers. More RIFs. This is what circling the drain looks like.

RPS had very few layoffs in my area. Only 3 that I know of

I heard RPS. But, I heard it from my neighbor’s brothers aunt’s dog. In other words, nobody knows.
There wiil be more and continuous
