Belk is in potential trouble over its scheduling practices. Several associates and managers in the Huntsville area are claiming Belk is intentionally overworking them while giving other associates and managers a better schedule.

My cosmetics crew walked out because of this. The entire cosmetics team. We rebuilt the team, then they all quit except for one a second time. SMH.

We had a closed door meeting after Covid about this. It’s happening everywhere (in Belk) now.
Isn't that how Belk gets rid of people so there unemployment rate doesn't go up.
