Any update on the half severance offer?
Was it an error or intentional disregard for your coworkers 15yrs loyalty and their own posted policy?
Coworkers JE today after 15 years of full-time permanent of service they told her 15 weeks of severance. So that is 1/2 what policy says. She opened a ticket but it sounds like what is stated in IRIS doesn’t stand. Hopefully they were wrong. If they are, so was her paperwork.
I would say nothing’s guaranteed. But the severance policy on IRIS outlines what you have to meet to get severance.
