Meeting invite from HR for frequent RTO defaulter

Meeting invite from HR for frequent RTO defaulter. I am afraid is it just a warning or simply they fire without any warning.

Buried the lede my man. You can request an accommodation from HR. You will need your physician to complete and sign a form verifying you have a condition that requires working from home. Takes some time to get it done.

“Supporting the other end?”

You failed to mention you have a medical condition which apparently requires a WFH accommodation. You could have taken care of this long ago instead of just failing to follow the policy.

Not happy to see people supporting other end. I am the post owner. HR just asked me the reason for frequent non compliance. I am about to get wfh once I submit my medical documents.

You may be put on a PIP, then that’s it. If you don’t follow policy you are gone. While we may not like the policy, it belongs to the company. If you work here, you’re required to follow the rules. It’s a condition of employment. Most people seem to manage it responsibly. If a hybrid schedule is t for you, start finding a new role somewhere else where you can work from home all the time.

Imagine you had an employee who was frequently and deliberately not following a company policy. I think common practice is one warning, and if it doesn’t improve next week, you’re gone. But keep us posted.

The expectation to RTO has been in place for literally years at this point. I've lost count of how many messages they've sent out in BlueNews, in town halls, emails, etc. saying clearly what the expectations are for Flex and Anchor employees. There are no more warnings, they are letting people go. There's no point in keeping people who flout the rules. If you've not followed company policy by now you clearly never will.
