Let me ask you something: how many useless layers of management do we have? How come they're never the ones impacted in a layoff when we all know losing them wouldn't affect Avaya in any way? Their absence wouldn't even be felt. Instead, we keep losing good people who do the work that actually keeps this place going. It makes no sense to me.

Nodding donkeys with a trite Biography quote for new C-level hires '...comes to Avaya with a proven track record'. You'd have thought with so many CxO's over the years, all bringing a 'wealth of experience' and of course the 'proven track record' Avaya would have been back up on the Gartner MQ and dazzling customers and the industry. What a bunch of lame fraudsters.
This company is a joke! Resellers of their products run better companies. This company is top heavy & lost a lot of amazing, talented employees who kept this company going. Avaya’s products keep going down hill since they went full Red! Bring back Northern Telecom…a computer who stood behind their employees & made sure all the bugs were out of their systems before pushing/forcing customers to move over to it or there will be no support like Avaya did/does. If you need a telecom solution…stay away from Avaya!
Why does Cameron rule?
Disruption without Innovation.
Cameron rules :)
Apparently the '...big innovation moments at GITEX'24'
Have been had. Some of the attendees from Avaya have since been laid off.
Are there lists anywhere? A number of posts on LinkedIn but wondering if there is a 'top 10' "wtf" list out there.
All those 'managers' and 'leaders' are still needed, as Avaya:
- Is '...Roaring back'
- Had '...big innovation moments at GITEX'24'
- Are '...Adding Around 1,000 Net New Customers Each Quarter'.
- Are '...Innovating without disruption'
Surprised I can type this through the irony and laughter 😂
Led by nodding donkeys..
