JG talked about all the upcoming opportunities ahead then mentioned 650 people involved in Start Ups in the next year.

Those 650 people will need to relocate to their next jobs. HR is not going to move a project person the Campus then a Campus person to the next project, HR is simply going to move those 650 persons from one project the the next. Very simply 659 relocations vs 1300 relocations.

Campus people trying to get onto a project will have near zero chance after that StartUp wave hits.

Layoffs likely to hit during that dip in Projects then this stupid company will go into hiring mode a year later when that spending wave arrives.

JG sure did sugar coat and gloss over some really bad times coming our way.

Sad when our leaders don’t have a grasp of basic statistics.

GP is a joke, it's performance cannot possibly be 1st quintile with what is demonstrated and delivered in house.

Gaslighting is a core value and will be ramped up in 25 as highlighted below with the number of folks coming off major projects.

You can't keep on recruiting in India and keep your HC10 staff also gainfully employed. Who does JG and the rest think they are kidding?

Moderator carefully avoided the slido questions that were being voted up and we all wanted to hear the answers to instead opting for canned softball questions I could care less about. They should answer all of the slido questions in writing after the forum.

It would have been comical if it wasn’t so sad.

So many people returning from projects in 2025 while not enough new projects kicking off in 2025 likely will lead to a high NSI target %. (Not a layoff)

On that note, JG said the NSI program is part of improving performance and no mention that it is actually headcount reduction. Announcing NSI % prior to start of assessments cannot be related to improvement and absolutely is a layoff target.

A lot of smoke and mirrors by JG. Down playing BTC growth, glossing over the employee sentiment.

You could see it break loose when Sli.do moderator lost control and the real questions came out.

Also, can anyone please tell JG how math works? We can’t have 100% of our projects in the 1st quintile. Either we are fudging our numbers or IPA quintiles are broken. That data smells so bad, my niece and nephews would see through it.
